What is curiosity? What are some benefits of being curious in business and other fields? How can you practice journaling, and 3 strategies to get started with journaling?

I sit down with my good friend, Alex Peroff who offers his own experience of practicing curiosity, the habit of journaling and how others can also practice it.

Alex and I went to Bowdoin College (go Polar Bears class of 2008!), and struggled together through a variety of chemistry classes. While I pursued business, Alex continued to study chemistry, and received his Ph.D. in Chemistry at Northwestern in 2014, and did a short postdoc at SUNY Albany in 2015. He currently works as an electroanalytical scientist at Pine Research Instrumentation and lives in Durham North Carolina. Since I’ve known Alex at Bowdoin he’s always been a curious person and we’ve enjoyed many deep conversations throughout our friendship. Recently, Alex resurrected his old YouTube channel, where he focuses on bridging the gap between personal finance/investing and philosophy.
